Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of ArtifactPlugin. By using ArtifactPlugin, you agree to these Terms.
ArtifactPlugin is made and run by JM Media Partners LLC DBA Silicon Beach Web ("Silicon Beach Web", "SBW", "we", "us"), Venice Beach · Los Angeles, CA.
We have kept these Terms in plain words on purpose. If something is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
1. What ArtifactPlugin is
ArtifactPlugin turns something you made with an AI tool — or one of our templates — into real pages on your own website. It covers the website artifactplugin.com, the Artifact Pages plugin for WordPress, the ArtifactPlugin Pro add-on, and any ArtifactPlugin app for another website platform (together, the Service).
The conversion runs on our servers and the result goes straight back to you. Your library, versions and pages are kept on your own website or in your own platform account — not by us. We do not keep what you send us to convert.
We do not provide an AI model. The AI tool you use is yours, under its own terms.
If you use the Service for a business or for a client, you agree to these Terms for that business too.
If you ask Silicon Beach Web to build or set something up for you, that work is defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.
We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service.
2. Plans, pricing and billing
- The free plan works without paying. To switch it on you give us an email address.
- Each plan includes the number of live pages and websites shown on our pricing page when you buy or renew.
- Paid plans bought on artifactplugin.com are paid through Stripe, in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically. You authorise those recurring charges. Your licence key comes with your plan.
- Cancel any time from My account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If a payment fails and the plan ends, your website goes back to the free plan's limits. Pages already published stay published; you just can't publish beyond the free plan's limit.
- We may change prices with thirty (30) days' notice. A new price applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds: you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
- Taxes: prices don't include sales tax, and none is added at checkout today.
- If you bought a plan through a platform's own billing (for example a marketplace that requires its own payments), that platform bills you, and its terms decide cancellation and refunds for that purchase.
- If we offer a free trial, we may end or change it at any time, and these Terms apply during it.
3. Your responsibilities
- Make sure you have the rights to anything you send us to convert or publish.
- You are responsible for what you publish on your website.
- Keep your email address current and keep your licence key to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your licence key and with any AI app you connect. Tell us straight away at support@siliconbeachweb.com if you think someone else is using them.
4. Fair use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- spread malware or harmful code, or trick people (for example phishing pages);
- try to get into anything you are not allowed into, or interfere with the Service or other people's use of it;
- scrape or data-mine the Service;
- resell or share access or licence keys outside what your plan allows, or get around plan limits;
- study the Service to build a competing one.
The Service checks what you send for unsafe code, and refuses or walls off what it cannot publish safely. That check helps; it is not a guarantee.
5. Who owns what
What you paste or upload, and the pages made from it, are yours. You give us permission to process it only to convert and check it and to send the result back to you. We do not keep it afterwards.
If your code uses a public code library (for example Chart.js or React), the Service fetches that library when it converts and builds it into your page's file. Those libraries keep their own licences.
The Service itself — its code, design and the ArtifactPlugin name — and Silicon Beach Web's pre-existing tools and methods remain ours. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan while these Terms apply.
The Artifact Pages plugin for WordPress and the ArtifactPlugin Pro add-on are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. For their code, that licence applies.
6. Other companies' services
The Service works with other companies' products — your website platform (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, HubSpot, Framer, GoHighLevel and others), your AI tool, and Stripe for payments. We are not responsible for them, for whether they are available, or for their terms.
If you connect an AI app, it acts on your website with the permission you choose for it (save drafts only, or publish live). You are responsible for what you allow it to do. You can disconnect it at any time.
7. Availability
We provide the Service on a commercially reasonable basis. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silicon Beach Web is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the plan the claim is about.
10. Your responsibility to us
You will cover us (indemnify and hold us harmless) against claims that come from your use of the Service, your content, your breaking these Terms, or your breaking any law or anyone else's rights.
11. Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time: cancel any paid plan and remove the plugin or app.
We may suspend or end your use of the Service if you break these Terms, or for any other reason with thirty (30) days' notice.
Because your library and pages live on your own website or platform account, ending does not delete them. We have nothing of yours to return. What we do keep about you, and how to have it deleted, is in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Los Angeles County. Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration there. You give up the right to a jury trial and to a class action.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
14. Privacy
How we collect and use information is in our Privacy Policy (artifactplugin.com/legal/privacy), which is part of these Terms.
